Individuals on the list below reside somewhere other than the address provided by MDOC. Consequently, their notices were returned to Fett & Fields, P.C. or the Law Office of Glen N. Lenhoff. If you are one of these individuals, and have not received a notice (by regular mail or email), please contact either me or Mr. Lenhoff. We will make sure that you are a confirmed member of the class. If you know anybody that is on this list please ask them to either call or email us so that we may confirm that they wish to be a member of the class.
Those with last names beginning with A-L should contact the office of Fett & Fields, P.C., those with M-Z should contact the Law Office of Glen N. Lenhoff.
Ultimately, I believe all persons eligible for inclusion in the class will be confirmed class members. The only persons that have opted out of the class are those that never worked at WHV. The names and addresses of those persons was provided by MDOC in error.
