WOMEN'S HURON VALLEY CLASS ACTION LITIGATION

Update - January 14, 2019

Pursuant to the Court's Order, we will be mediating the case with Mr. Robert Vercruysse of the Clark Hill Law Firm on February 22, 2019.  

Mediation is a non-binding process where a mediator, in this case Mr. Vercruysse, works with the parties in an attempt to bring about a settlement.  The mediator has no power to impose a settlement but rather works to bring the parties together so that they can mutually agree on a resolution.  

If the case does not settle through mediation, a trial will be held on March 25, 2019.  

All class members should complete their economic damages worksheet and return it along with copies of the W-2s as soon as possible.  We will need the information for purposes of mediation.
