We need your help calculating economic damages. It will require you to retrieve your old tax records, specifically, your W-2s from MDOC.
We need to compare your compensation for the years 2006-2008 (pre-BFOQs) to the years 2009-2015 (post-BFOQs). To do this, we need you to complete the attached Economic Damages Form, clip copies of your W-2s to the form and regular mail or scan and email them to:
